Android studio: design gets cut off in a different format

Question

When I code an appdesign in xml it looks clean in the "designer" but when I program it to my own phone it gets cut off on the left side. need help pls

yaa ...u can make it work by relative layout..... but that doesn't make you learn something new...
constraint layout are relatively new and it's allot better .......
r u sure that when you was using constraints , you hocked up at least one horizontal edge and one vertical edge of your element to something else (like the parent layout)? because usually that's the main reason for your kinda problem ......

There's alternative of constraint is to understand how after dragging your designed palettes.
