J2EE with java is most popular and ton of enterprise level application run using this .

.NET with C# is another popular platform for developing web applications that comes after java in popularity and use in professional environment.

nodejs with JavaScript is recently booming a lot, because of its flexibility and easier learning curve.( specially mean stack).

(I don't know much about ruby, Django( python) , PHP but they are popular as well )

now these things are interchangeable , i.e. java can also be used on .net platform.

operating systems can be anything so lots of choices there as well, database Can be relational or non relational too
