Why should we learn programming languages instead we have pre-programmed objects

Because knowledge in programming languages is important to understand how a piece of code works, and pre-programmed objects won't always function like you expect it to. Combining codes which are generated through pre-programmed objects is also tedious, and impossible without knowledge in programming languages.
The entire idea of this question is like: Why do we have to learn to drive if we can take the bus. While the latter works too, it's always better to master the former.

Learning Programming helps you achieve more precise targets than pre-programmed objects can.
Just like than analogy of the bus and your personal car, the bus can take you to a general point but a personal car can take you further.
