and you mean "to become" a hacker, because, that's probably years of sweat, trial and error, at what you l o v e best to do
no one becomes a hacker just by learning a language.
People don't just hack. They hack systems. So they know how those systems work. They know how a computer works, how a network of comps works, how a firewall works, how an OS works, some of them even know a bit of electronics and cryptography. they probably pick them up along the way as needed. they start somewhere and then keep building info upon info. yeeeeeaaaaaarssss. lol

I am a noob, but an adult noob(a noob of coding not hacking lol) . Unless you're trolling, trust me, you should just focus on what it is you want to learn or would love to do for a long time. Explore that.

You wanted to be a hacker? What is your motivation for that? An action movie like fast n furious or v the vendetta? Then you should learn the real basic of computer, what is a software, code, programs etc. Try learning low level programming language like python, try to learn about vulnerability, bugs and some of the hackers related things like honeypot, phising etc. Try watching some really good movie or tv show that focusing about a real life working as a programmer like silicon valley or mr robot. And then ask yourself again, do you really wanted to be a hacker because your passion or you just wanted to impress someone else
