C# is better in terms of simple and short coding. You can do stuff in short, simple codes and every line of code is pretty friendly to you. (Even the IDEs out there are pretty friendly). But they become quite an issue if you want to create something huge with it. C++ is better in terms of performance wise. Though its quite hard to code with it, but it generally the more you work on your project, the better it becomes. (The bigger your project, the better it is) Hence? Take C# for smaller project, C++ for bigger ones.
