Sololearn data lost!

Question

I had some badges and was level 11 when I used sololearn last time, but when I tried to use Sololearn today, I had to log in (which I usually never needed to do) and I had to activate my account.
Then when I finally came back to sololearn, I became Level2, and lost most of badges!!
I thought my data is stored on sololearn server... Is there anything I can do to recover my data??

Are you sure you didn't log in with a different account?

It is not possible to come on level 2 from level 11 but if you have doubt you can contact to Sololearn through mail.

I have contacted Sololearn, [e-mail], they asked me to try logging in with Apple ID (i logged in using email address earlier) , then I could log back in to my account! So I guess I was logging into different account…. I don’t even remember creating this account?! anyways problem solved!
