we don't have a supported framework in SL which could offer this.
You would need Ruby on Rails or some other similar framework to at least get a web-gui support I would persume.
and we also don't have either the support nor would it make sense to have packages included like QT or other GUI-runetimes in here. That's technically not possible in SL.
But: you should be able to solve this on a linux or windows or macos desktop.

you can only do sich things through html/css (web-part) of the coding interface.
