I made a Cicada 3301 like code/puzzle.
It's pretty short though... It was longer originally but I can't post the whole thing here...

Since Cicada 3301 is mentioned, I'm expecting this decryption process to be reaaaaally long. Jafca got a link through that, so the link is supposed to link to somewhere which provides another cipher of some sort, but first, we need to get the correct address.

Someone please look into tinyurl URL format btw. This: dG1paG5yeXR1bnJsbDQ= looks very relevant as part of the URL. You can either take all odds, or all evens, or even primes.
