For being a hacker you need to have patience for everything and start learning HTML , JavaScript, Jquery at first. Then think for learning a server side programming language example :Python, C, etc.

The most important part of being a hacker is being patient and solving problems but not more than one time.

When you master all these then start bash scripting. Then have some tools or better have BlackArch or Kali they have pre installed tools. Mostly Web Hacker prefer Linux for hacking.
