I am having trouble adding subtitles to my video.

to add this subtitle I cannot write the it down in my code neither can I save the files with my code, so my options here are streaming the subtitles with Google drive or dropbox but it keeps giving me CORS error. I am not using a server to store my video. please any help will be appreciated.
