I didnât received my premium bonuses after buying monthly subscription and they r not answering to my email(tried everything)

Your account doesn't have the "pro" icon yet, so maybe it's still processing?
You could try uninstall and reinstall, see if that works.

I think a bit of patience is in order. 18 hrs is not soo long to wait for a bit of assistance. Maybe there is a problem behind the scenes and they are working on it. I'm sure they receive a lot of emails and it just takes some time to address them all.

Tried both things and my payment should be proccessed since its already like 18hrs and i even received receipt about payment on email:/
