Shiva Kumar ask yourself this: Do you really know it if you cannot do it? There are degrees of understanding. One level would be mere recognition where you know that you have seen it before, but do you really know and understand it? After that would be shallow understanding where you can describe it, but can you explain it to someone else? Going further, can you teach it? When you teach, you begin to seek true, full knowledge. Somewhere within these various degrees of knowledge you might also develop the ability to do it. But then how well can you do it? To do it, and do it well, takes experimentation and practice. That's where the joy of programming enters. Start discovering for yourself how it works and what you can do with it!

Do you really know the concept? If you know concept then I don't think you should have to face any problem in solving questions. Anyway, If you want to solve any type of questions in coding then first try to know about theory about lession and watch the syntax carefully. Try to know about every keyword which is being used in program. See how the problem is being solve using syntax then apply it your own. Try various types of questions. Every program has a step to solve any question.
