In any way.. the choice lies with individual ☺️
I prefer active people or people who can mentor me.. so I follow them

And I follow the girls because I want to support them.
Recently I didn't follow many new learner's, because it's hard for me to keep up with their activities.
I'm not the typical back-follower.

I pick my followers as bookmarks, bookmarks to helpful tips. I know I can learn more from people who know more than I do. But it's not all black and white, I do also follow those who I communicate well with too.

I think everyone has good profile jst it depends on how do we see it...
