The answer? You never actually stop learning, you just get better and better.
At one point you will no longer need to google the most basic things you need to write.
At one point you will already have an idea of how your codes will look like.
At one point you will look at your first codes and ask yourself "I didn't know how to do this easy thing?

You can learn a programming language in a year if you do coding twice a week. But the question is after learning the language, are you ready enough to solve problems by using that language? Or alternatively, what level of expertise did you reach after this practice? Can you use this language effectively?
