Bleeding Hemodroid as long as you don't have access to DM, you could try a workaround:
Save a private code (any language)
Then add a comment and tag the specific user with the @ symbol.
You can tag people in the mobile app, whom you are following.
Then they receive a notification.

Bleeding Hemodroid Last year some scammers create multiple accounts to spread scam links and also some people create many accounts to harass others. So that sololearn implemented this 21days to stop them in DM. Even after 21days you can't share links directly. These are all for ensure users safety. Hope you are clear now.
