Idk if it makes sense but what is the best between Java JavaScript html and python ? I am a newbie

As coder said, HTML and JavaScript are web development languages.
However, if you want to study web development, you also need to learn CSS — cascading style sheets, to have appropriate layout and styles.

Python is a general purpose programming language. Usually is not used for web development.
