Go back to course and practice more, it is fine, we all forget things.

Find some interesting project to do, I also suggest to go to sites like: codewars, leetcode or similar and start with easy challenges.
This will help you to understand and remember, but also to develop problem solving skill.

Only problem with this sites, is that it may give you problem to solve where you need to use something you didn't learned yet, so you can do your own research or skip until you learn this topic.
