Why can't I access the Introduction to C and Intermediate C courses?

My brother just downloaded sololearn and I've noticed his courses have a different interface and he has access to new courses: "Introduction to C" and "Intermediate C", which I don't have access to.

Why is that? His phone is more recent than mine, is it an android version thing? Will I get the same access in the future?

I'm already working through the C course on my app, does that affect the available courses too?

New courses are currently for new users..
It will be added or updated to all users in coming updates. I think it takes some more time..
