need help. i cant figure this out. ( CSS & HTML )

Question

i have 3 containers containing some divs. the problem is when i make the screen width small. the divs arent stacking ontop of each other and i dont know why. and im already using (<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">) in my code.
