How use function TellP, Gcout, SeekP in C++?

¿Como usar las funciones TellP, GCount y SeekP para buscar una frase en el contenido de un fichero. y saber en que linea y posición se encuentra?

Seekp and tellp are the file pointers of output file stream i .e. ofstream. they are used to find a particular position in a file.
and Sry I don't know about Gcout.
