Can i learn html and css ?

If you want to build a static website, learn HTML5 and CSS3. If you want to build a dynamic website, you need to learn JavaScript also.

yes you can as I am only 13 years old and I am studying in eight grade and I have learnt advance languages of all that are learnt in sololearn and also I have made a lot of courses so age not matters it matters that How much you practice to gain it.

html and css are incomplete without javascript,learn that too. if you need motivation,youtube "shia laboof speech" and get max level motivation and you can make fb like website in no time.
