Great observation! We can't really do anything about it as we are not sure whether they really need the advice. There are 2 sides on this problem:-

If they are trying to take advantage of the system for the mere amount of XP/reputation, then we are just wasting our time.

Otherwise, the insights provided could be life-changing and inspire him/her to take on the challenge.
