For example I've wrote a web code in html, css, js, etc... and I need to test it now.
Which software do you suggest?

you using windows OS please create your webpage (*HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT) code and create name.html and save on desktop open that document (Icon are you see your default browser icon type). it works well Remember *You using JavaScript please enable JavaScript on your browser. yes correct because php is sever language execute only server or (xamp lamp wamp sever app)

if it just html, css, js, etc . you can use standard browser like google chrome, firefox, etc.
but if php you need to use wampserver,etc.
