ICON AND TEXT RENDERING? WAS ASKED TO DELETE WP CACHE? WHAT TO DO??

Hi! My friend has a problem with her website's "icon and text" rendering. She doesn't know what to do with it, and the developer told her to delete her WP cache. She contacted the what so called "Plug-In developer" something to fix it but she was told that she has to go back and contact the hosting provider to fix it. and We really need your help. Thank you!

Came here after an @Ipang's request in a previous thread, but unfortunately the informations here are not enough to help me figure out specifically the issue.

I guess there is no really need to contact the hosting provider, but it might be a solution whether Wp Super Cache (plugin used to delete the Wp Cache with a couple of clicks, described in the linked article below) doesn't work (and generally does).

@Ajreel, first let me tell you, I'm no good with Wp, but I'll do something, maybe ask my friends, hopefully one have experience about it.

Can you post the website url here, and tell me what steps you have taken so far? I can't promise you anything but I will try something.
