Why we need framework?

You need a framework. You may create it yourself, or use an existing one. You're using frameworks when you don't understand! If you use preg_* functions in PHP, you have experienced a framework.

In the real world, we are using frameworks. Books, cause you don't need to search for a specific thing many times. Stores, no need to call a big company for a simple juice.

So, a framework is a collection of things to achieve a special purpose. Surely, you need it, but you can choose, write a new book by searching a lot or use an existing book?
