IT job? Isn't that too generic? Figure out what profiles you are looking for. Search for job descriptions that suit the needs of profile. You will get an idea of where to start!

Develop and focus your skills on at least one platform. Make that your strength and alongside keep up with other technologies. Like once you get your Java basics strong, or any other oops platform, other languages are just a change in syntax. Java or Cpp preferably must be strong, or if you prefer Web Development then go learn Full Stack Development. This might help you getting a good start for your career.

The majority of IT graduates go on to jobs in IT, for example, as programmers, software developers or web designers. However, some pursue careers in financial services and professional services, and there are opportunities open to them in a broad range of areas including education, retail management and law. Growth areas for employment in IT include cyber security, mobile and cloud computing and new applications of social media.
