You are right except the downvoting part. People can still upvote his thread, but can't downvote the threads because a newbie started it. That is hypocrisy.

I didn't join to the StackOverflow community because of salty, egoist and cocky people. (Except those who tries to actually teach)

Now, I've found SoloLearn and in 5 days I'm already seeing the hints of the same things. Not as much as StackOverflow but the cockiness is there. But still, SoloLearn is pretty good and I hope they won't ruin SL for me.
