python for sure
no semicolons after each line, no tags to close, no imports that could be implemented in the first place, not stupid code words.
it even reads grammatically correct when you vocalise it's functions.

HTML for me,
best program for me in documenting, very easy and all you have to do is to memorize how the tags are used and their uses.
