C++ might seem hard and confusing if you are new to programming.. If u do have any prior experience to programming, you won't have much trouble in comprehending it...
In any case its a great beginners language as well as a great language to master , just keep doing the course and try to apply it in codes..

Personally, I don't find it to be any harder/confusing than any other language. Naturally, anything you don't know may appear that way until you actually know it. It's the first language that I learned a couple decades ago, so I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to do it easily; things are a lot easier in 2017 than it was back then, I had physical books instead of the internet resources we have now.

Also, why mark your own reply as the correct answer? Frost went out of his way to explain his opinion and even provide you resources; give credit where it's due and mark him as correct.
