How do you type codes?

I'm using Android smartphone, but it's not suitable to typing. Which do you use PC, or smartphone? Do you also know any keyboards for Android?

obviously PC for programming ^^

I prefer typing on my laptop using an IDE like Eclipse or Intellij Idea and just transfer it to my smartphone after that.

but if my intention is to remember a specific way of coding, I type or re-type it on this super uncomfortable Android keyboard.
