How to develope my skills

Question

So I have run into a wall trying to write code. I know a good bit about the c# language and understand how things work but for some reason I am having a really difficult time writing it. Does anybody have any tips on how they broke that barrier? It is like being able to fix a car but not knowing how to drive it
