it is because may be not so many learner will from your country. but,when it comes to India,you already know we are in large numbers of brilliant students everywhere. To compete with 'em is going to be tough at least for me.
some of my friends who are doing competetive programming,they all 24/7 open their laptop and waiting for challenge just because immediately solve those challenges and become no 1, take screenshot and tell to fb,twitter, quora friends that we become no 1in the world.
