How do I get practical experience?

I have been doing c#, c++ and python for a while now and I'm getting pretty bored of doing the same textbook problems over and over again. What is the best way to get practical programming experience?

Try to make programs which solve your Math/Physics book problems, if you have those. Or start using freeCodeCamp.

Try to imagine a concept that will help you with everyday routine problems. Then code it. Make an application Find a project on github and try to contribute. Companies are watching your profile there. Find someone with the same passion and knowledge and try to make a team project. Upload it in github. Or even try to remake an application you like, your own way.
