No, Java is faster than C# in many times so don't 100% perform like that '^'

How about at kernel? Unix? Ubuntu? which isn't windows(You won't be able to use *smile*)
But tha I see that most game was made with C# tho

You can not define whether a programming language is generally better than another. Each language was built for special tasks with certain advantages and disadvantages.
