If you think on comments on lessons, yes. They are to help you if you don't understand something.

sure you can. but it would still be a good idea to take a peek, you may find there information which is not covered in the course or the concept might be better explained.

If you absorbed the information, then you're more than welcome to move forward without reading the comments. The comments are intended to help out those people who get stuck on the question/concept. It's there to assist. :)

However, if you learned everything fine and didn't need to use the comments, you're the type of person that we would want to look at the comments so that you can help someone else with their problem. You may be able to explain and help them learn.
