How can i step ahead in app building?

Question

Can anyone suggest me how can i build apps for android what are languages i need to learn
i know java,javascript,mysql,php,html but i m not moving on on building apps

master a SINGLE language before moving on to another. Some people tend to think that by learning the abc's of a language, they can do anything. even starting to make an app is a long process,let alone complete it perfectly.
so learn languages slowly but impeccably. take time. I believe start with java if you want to make apps in future.

you can also try Cordova, is based on HTML5 and JavaScript which you said you know and you only code once and compile for iOS and Android

Java is a decent choice for building apps, especially since you know it. Search Internet or here for posts to move forward.
