Making apps and games

Question

I've seen people that made games, or apps and put it on google play, the games were of different kind of codes and are played on the code playground, and the apps I saw them on google play, my question is: is it possible to make a game or an app with only one programming language? I just started learning programming recently and started with java language, and I think I'm progressing well, but it seems quite hard to make even a simple game or app, so is it really that hard? or it will get easier with time?

it's free and still compatible with android studio and yeah it is possible to do it from mobile

I hope so, my problem is I will be able to code only on my mobile phone, as windows is expensive here, and Im don't want carck (steal) it, I hope I will be able to earn some money from coding to get a good laptop with legal windows. So is it possible to to do this? Working from mobile phone? Just for some time at least?
