In need to learn VR ( Virtual Reality). But how to start?

I came up with this ambition to learn how to create VR using javascript, css and html using special frameworks. But how? And which framework?

Wow!..aframe I think its what I was finding. Also udacity provides cool walkthrough but I need to learn how to use unity game engine.
