What Makes You A Great Front-end Developer?

I want to be a front-end developer. I have some questions related to it.

1. If someone wants to be a perfect front-end developer, what he should learn? Should he maintain a serial?

2. Is HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PSD to HTML, PHP (+ Laravel) and WordPress enough?

3. Is there any other app/site you suggest to follow alongside SoloLearn?

you need to be proficient in html+css+javascript, in addition php+mysql will be a great bonus. the software you use is totally up to you (open source or paid software). if you want to becone real good at what you are doing, do the coding yourself onsyead of programs that do everything for you.

in addition: learn graphic design and "communication design". those will help you make user friendly sites.
