If you're asking what my preference is, I prefer Chrome, but I also like FireFox. I don't use any other browsers outside of that. Also take note that since it's the browsers that "compile" your HTML and displays it back to you, sometimes you have to write code to accommodate for the various browsers so you get the same desired result across each of them. This is important because you never know what your users will be using, and nothing more annoying to users than having to download another browser just to visit your site. You'll lose visitors if you don't accommodate them and what they're using.

Your browser. However, it's not so much a compiler. It's just arranging the document based upon your tags, rather than compiling it into machine language for the computer to process.
