How to use java to write programs？

How to use java to write programs, with their other qq number, to the designated qq number praise? It is on the personal page of praise, please help, thank you very much.

1)click on ur profile pic
2)go to the left most section ... ie code section
3)u will get a + button at right-bottom of the screen ... click on it & choose java
