C vs C++

which is easier to learn use express oneself?

C++ is extended from C;
Both have the same syntax.
Except that C is a procedural language, used frequently in hardware and kernel programs; While C++ is an object-oriented programming language (OOP) used in various domains.

Personally, I learnt C++ first, because I am a fan of OOP languages :]
