Help in creating a sliding menu drawer and a floating heading ribbon in webpage.

Question

Can you suggest me a simple code to create a menu drawer that slides from left when menu button is tapped and a floating ribbon which always occupy top position on the webpage on which i can write the company name and put the menu button too.
Basically i just want to create on like those in modern websites.
p.s this should look fine on both desktop and mobile version.
