Problem determining which programming language to use on my project.......

Hello guys....My name is Collins Jim , 18 from Zimbabwe....i would love to create an app which has a database with a list of diseases with their symptoms and this app mustbe working as a virtual doctor which predicts which disease the user is sufferring from through reffering to the database after it has asked him or her his symptoms ................This project of mine must be inform of a hybrid standalone mobile app.........So my question is am having difficulty determining which language should i use as i want this app to be very accurate with very high artificial intelligience....Please help .....your comments are welcome and please suggest a reason yyy you think the language u have posted is the best for this app.

Java with XML (with optional C++ and Kotlin):

This is the most widely used combination of languages for Android app development. You can find excellent resources online, from JavaTPoint, Google, and TutorialsPoint that will guide you along your path. I must, however, suggest making something simpler, perhaps the same app just in the terminal, first, because app development is not easy to get started with.

Swift:

Exclusively for iOS. Sololearn's Swift course is pretty outdated, so maybe try using another tutorial, or read a book. If you're making an app for iOS, this is your best option.
