it depends on the company whether they recruit candidate having back logs..
though you have done MCA and still you say that you have basic knowledge, then it's tough time now atleast for IT industries.. u better be aware of rush in IT industries day by day is increasing.. so basic knowledge is not enough for a good job in IT industry.. but with postgraduate degree you can work for other non-IT industries..
