How do I "like" and commen?

Thats my question, sorry if I've missed the obvious but I couldn't fins a place to click like or leave a comment.

On the left side of this answer, there is a number, hopefully a positive one. The up and down arrows are upvote and downvote. You will find a number and arrows like this in anything that you can like or dislike. It is a little different for codes because the arrows are not on top or under the number, they are beside each other, relatively close to the number.

For comments on Q/A threads:
Write new answer text box at the bottom of your screen.

For codes:
Click the number of comments, write new comment.
