How many programming languages you know? Also how long it took to learn them?

So how many programming languages you know and how long it took to learn them? Also , okay we are learning some programming language and than we stop for some time , what is the point to learn many languages when after that we just forgot them , do we need to practice a lot and what is the point to learn something without using it... Is there any point to learn many languages?

It's not necessary to learn every language there is (or many), but later on you'll see that every project brings challenges that will force you to learn something new, and this is why you must love the good and the ugly of the software life cycle. My recommendation is for you to set a plan and align 1 programming language that works with where you want to go, and learn SQL cause querying a database (at least in my opinion) is a must, and just try to do something with it. Good luck Erkant.
