Could this be a bug ?

Question

I just upvoted a code that had 13 upvotes, 14 with mine then down-voted the same code instead of it going back to 13 it went to 12. I then played around with upvote and downvote buttons, after playing around with the voting button it got stuck on 14, I can no longer vote although the buttons show as active when I hover over them.

going from 14 to 12 is normal,
first your vote is deleted 13
then down-vote 12

Normal. From 13, you upvoted, leaving 14. Then, you downvoted, meaning you removed your upvote (now 13 upvotes), and also downvoted it, leaving 12 upvotes. The stuckness might be anti-spam measures taken by Sololearn. To have it back where the votes were, just click on the upvote/downvote button again.
