Which is the best path to learn HTML and CSS ??

or
HTML => CSS => HTML5 => CSS3

I would prefer you should learn HTML => HTML5 => CSS => CSS3. because you should first learn the basics of the html and then move.This also applies to the CSS. you should first learn the basics then the rest of the course.
