I really want to start leaening programming languages already. I'm working on c++ now. But where do I start?

Personally, this link might be better than a book. I've used C++ for over 33 years and they are my go to place for information, whenever I have questions.

u can start with c#
in that u will have brief description about introduction of programing so its better to start with that

go for competitive coding on different platform...learn to use google for these stuffs....as a language...go for python...it could be used for different platform
